The problem

Treatwell takes 30% on every booking. Customers thought of the salon as a Treatwell listing, not a brand. No-shows averaged 15% of bookings.

What we built

Own-branded booking app, SMS reminders the night before with a one-tap reschedule link, loyalty card baked in. The salon owns the customer relationship.

Outcome

Mock pilot live. No-show rate target: under 5% with SMS reminder.

How this one happened

The story behind the build.

The owner used to send manual WhatsApp reminders the night before. She wanted Treatwell quality but on her own terms. We adapted the restaurant template into a booking-first flow and added SMS reminders as the killer feature.
