The owner could not prove her cleaners were on site for the booked window. Manual paper timesheets, hand-written notes, and a monthly argument over payroll that nobody enjoyed.
Cleaner taps Start on arrival, the app logs GPS continuously while she works, taps Finish at the end with an optional note. The owner sees the entire route on a map, time on site, and payroll computed automatically from hours times hourly rate.
Owner stopped chasing timesheets. Payroll disputes dropped to zero in week one. Customers started getting on-the-way notifications.
The story behind the build.
The owner came to us after losing two clients in one month over disputed visit times. She had been running the books off Excel and a notebook for six years. We shipped a working Android APK, an iPhone PWA and an admin dashboard inside two weeks. The first weekly payroll cycle through the app saved her three hours of office time.
